We had rented 5 bikes with delivery into a hotel, and I have to say that this has been the most professional and efficient service I have received in a long time. They were fantastic, when we identified a broken wheel, they immediately came and changed the wheel late in the evening. Really efficient and helpful, great job! Thank you. The quality of the bikes is really great and so is the service.

This is a professional bicycle shop with top tier products. The owner is friendly, speaks fluent English, French, Spanish, Italian and was nothing but helpful and always with a smile. I rented a Wilier SLR in January 2022 for a full week which had a nice wheel set (rim brakes), the result was a lightweight bike which gave me a lot of fun in the Tenerife hills. On my visit next year I will book my bike again in this shop which is a bit hidden away, making it a true gem!

Hired a road bike here. Very helpful as I wanted it for the Saturday and owner allowed me to collect on the Friday and return on the Saturday. As they are closed Saturdays he arranged to open up when I phoned him in order to return the bike. Top marks for customer service and friendliness. I honestly have no idea why Wilier Tenerife does not have more 5* reviews. I have been going to this store for over three years and I’ve only had fantastic service. The guy in charge is a really friendly man and thankfully he speaks perfect English. He is always smiling and no job is too small for him. I took my bike in again today for him to solve a problem with the gears and he put this right for me immediately. He didn’t charge me for his time and I really appreciate that. This is why I will always return to Wilier Tenerife. I don’t expect free service but it was just a nice gesture. Thanks again.

Top service! There is a huge selection of bikes and everything that goes with them. German is spoken and they are super friendly... Definitely recommendable.

Very helpful shopkeeper. I bought an electric racing bike there in January. It had to go to Belgium by boat. The bike could only be picked up by the transporter when I was already back in Belgium. No problem at all. He disassembled the bike, packed the bike securely. Very helpful!!!
