Bike size varies from person to person and depends on your height, reach, leg length, preference and other factors. These are the basic guidelines for most of our bikes:
XS ● <=170 cm ● ( <=5′ 7″ )
S ● 164 – 174 cm ● ( 5′ 5″ – 5′ 9″ )
M ● 169 – 179 cm ● ( 5′ 7″ – 5′ 10″ )
L ● 174 – 184 cm ● ( 5′ 9″ – 6′ 0″ )
XL ● 180 – 190 cm ● ( 5′ 11″ – 6′ 3″ )
XXL ● >=185 cm ● ( >=6′ 1″ )
If you fit into multiple sizes and are unsure which you should choose, choose the one to which you’re closest to the middle. (For example if you are 178 cm tall, you might fit into an L or M, but preferably L). If you are still unsure about your bike size, feel free to contact us.

Yes, we can deliver the bike to you and pick it up too.
The service price depends on the location and the rental order price.
This table shows price of both delivery & pick up together. If you need delivery or pick up only the price would be half.
Blank = free delivery and pick up.
Orders for 600€ or more get 5 € delivery discount per each 100 € spent on rental.
If you need delivery to a different location or are unsure about the cost, please contact us to know how much the service would cost at your location.
This depends on the model, size and time of booking of the bike. Sometimes it may be very unsure and random if a bike is available. In the season (November – May), bikes get reserved a lot, especially during the winter months. We recommend you reserve the bike beforehand, but you can also come to the shop or contact us to check if the bike of your choice is available and rent it without reservation.
If you wish to get a bike at the last minute, please come to the shop or contact us.
The shop is located at Paseo Pérez Valero, local 4, 38650 Los Cristianos.

Yes, we have been mainly a shop for a long time and have a selection of bikes, accesories, clothes, shoes and more. Please visit our products page, come to the shop or contact us for details.
Although the rental period stars at 9:00, we have no problem, and very often let/advise our clients pick the bike up on the evening before the first rental day (so they can bike early in the morning) if the bike is ready in the shop. However sometimes this is unsure and sometimes another client might return the bike late or a problem might occur and we have to check, service and prepare the bike for you first. Check if the bike is back already.

Yes, the 3€ is a fixed price for the whole rental period. You pay once and you keep the helmet/pedals until the end of the rental.
Yes, we can mount a Garmin, Bryton or Wahoo support on the bike – for free. Please specify this in the booking if you know you will be bringing a GPS.
Of course! Please specify your saddle height, reach, etc. in the booking and we will fit the bike to your standard.
Most bikes come with two bottlecages, a small pump, a bag with a multitool, tube and tire levers. We can also install a GPS support for free.
We strongly recommend you wear a helmet for your safety. It is also mandatory by law to wear a helmet in Tenerife while cycling. We rent helmets for a fixed fee of 3€.
Please bring your clothes and shoes. A good idea is to bring your saddle, pedals and helmet too if necessary, to be as comfortable as possible. We will fit your saddle on the bike. If you cannot bring your pedals and helmet, we will happily rent them for you for a fixed price of 3€ each (standard flat pedals for free).
Although we provide rental locks, they are only a minimal protectiong and we strongly recommend not to leave the bike unattended, as during the rental period the bike is your responsibility. We rent high value bikes and even with a lock they can be stolen. If you want to stop for a break, try to leave the bike on sight.
Unfortunately, we have no shoes for rent available right now. But we have shoes for sale if necessary.
The days need to be consecutive for the discount to work. If you have a special demand, please contact us.
